A very sad day, indeed. The story of Stephen Baltz is still heartbreaking. I remember that day, the show and the rumors that circulated in my school, St. Paul's on Warren Street, near Court. One of the pedestrian fatalities was a Boy Scouts Unit Commissioner. A week later, there was the fatal fire aboard the ore-commissionning USS Constellation aircraft carrier at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
