December 16, 1960, DC-8 Crash In Park Slope

In memory of those souls who perished in the crash. Stephen Baltz, the young boy who survived, succumbed the following day. As a junior at Erasmus Hall High School, I could hear many sirens that early afternoon. Found out the terrible news when I arrived home and turned on the radio; then the television set.
