The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2411 64th Street, a four-story mixed-use building in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Designed by HPL Engineering and developed by Jun Ming Wu under the 2317 Mazal W12 LLC, the structure yields 10 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,943 to $218,010.
