Yes, Koufax is one of the five Brooklyn Dodgers still alive. But the OP was referring to those who were the Boys of Summer, i.e. the book of the same name by Roger Kahn. None of the five living ex-Brooklyn Dodgers were mentioned in the Boys of Summer. The five living ex-Brooklyn Dodgers are: Bob Aspromonte, Tommy Brown, Jim Gentile, Fred Kipp, and Koufax.

The Boys of Summer mentioned in the book are: Jackie Robinson, Gil Hodges, Roy Campanella, Duke Snider, Pee Wee Reese, Carl Erskine, Clem Labine, Carl Furillo, Joe Black, George Shuba, Andy Pafko, Preacher Roe, and Billy Cox.
