Brooklyn School Alumni Database

Instructions

Create your entry in The Brooklyn Board's Alumni Database using the entry boxes as follows:

First Name (required):

Enter your first name and, optionally, a middle initial in this box. (For example: Jane P.)

Last Name (required):

Enter the last name that you used while attending school. If your name has since changed and you want to provide your current name, use the Comments box below.

School Name (required):

Check the list provided to see if your school is there. If you find it, click just on t he name. Some schools are listed by "formal name" (such as "Lefferts JHS 41") and some by number only. Check the list carefully! If you're certain your school is not on the above list, send a note to to have it added.

Last Year Attended (required):

This is the fairly straightforward. The "19" has already been provided. Just fill in the last two digits of the year.

Email Address (optional):

This should be your current email address, in the format 'yourname@domain.name'.

Comments (optional):

Use this field at your discretion.

Once you've keyed in your entries, click on the ENTER DATA button. If your data is valid, it will be added to our database, and a confirmation screen will be displayed. If there are missing or invalid fields, an error message will be returned.

Use the "Reset" button to clear out the boxes and start over.

Once your entry is added to the database, you may not change or delete it. If necessary, contact to have your entry changed or deleted.

Please note that the data entered here is subject to the same guidelines at Brooklyn Board messages. Anything abusive or improper will be deleted and the person responsible may be subject to additional penalties.
