When my landlord sold the house where I had a separate apt in, I had to move. I looked around, checked out what was available and found rentals at an all time high.
Moved upstate where my apt is big, with a porch and woods on one side and the parking lot out the back window......and they shovel for you and fix anything and it's not even a condo or co-op for less $$.....BUT they raise your rent every year...a lot...but I'm not going back....however I do miss living there...it's five years now.
