The old Mill Basin Bridge was replaced several years ago. It is now quite high, allowing boats to go through without obstructing traffic on the Belt. Hip Hip Hooray! Before car air conditioning was an option, we spent the time waiting, and cooking, for the long line of boats to pass in the summer.
