Matty, one time I went with my brother with our bikes, on the Staten Island Ferry from 69th St. I remember that we biked along Hylan Blvd., and pedaled for a number of miles. I believe that the park that I went to on another occasion was Clove Lake. The lake was nice, and we took a rowboat out on the lake. Thanks for sharing your memories of the 69th St. ferry. It is too bad that its operations were not subsidized, after the bridge was built, as it might have remained in business.
