I graduated Ditmas in 1963 and really don't remember that pizza place. I usually ate at Georges, heros at Cort Island on caddy corner to Georges a few stores down, and a luncheonette across the street. Most pizza places at that time threw out pizza if it sat too long and never reheated the slices, so that's one reason why they were better. The pizza places I do remember and liked were DeSica's on Newkirk Plaza right at the archway entrance and Pizza Den next to the Leader, which had the first square slices I ever saw.
