Since the topic is real estate I ran into a site that shows converted brownstones and other buildings that have been completely remodeled and listed for sale. To me the prices are outrageous but I have been gone from the borough for several decades. I don't know if I can post the site on here or not. If I can I will since it is amazing to see the changes. It is funny how they call really cramped places as "cozy", etc. They make a big deal about mantels over fireplaces and the like. The kitchens look really narrow by today's house standards. If anyone knows if I can post the site I would appreciate it.
