Sorry about the script size --- maybe you can help me with that
My message does touch on religion but is more socialogical than religious
Many of us in the ninth ward were children of immigrants (mostly Irish and Italian). As such we attended parochial schools. I'm sure the same applies to the jewish community in places like Crown Heights
How many of us still adhere to the "values" we were taught. For me it's over 60 years!!
How many of your children and/or grandchildren follow what you were taught?
Second part : Do you regret going to a parochial school, or looking back would you rather have attended one of the city schools?
