East 26 and Flatbush, which is between Foster and Farragut doesn't fit into any of those subdivisions I mentioned. South Midwood is closest. It's on the borderline of three other neighborhoods -- Flatlands, Midwood, and Flatbush. The east side of Flatbush Ave. would be Flatlands, which answers your question. The west side of Flatbush Ave. would be Midwood. The north side of Foster is Flatbush.
