Marie, as I've previously posted, I had some very outstanding teachers (i.e. Mrs. Wengraf, Mr. Tholfsen, Mrs. Galitzer, Mrs. Ruben, Mrs. Robinson, Mr. Parver, and others whose names I can't remember. I remember those teachers, with a lot of fondness. Unfortunately, I also encountered some teachers who were either obnoxious, mean, or treated us with disdain and contempt. I also encountered some Administrators, who did not treat us very well either. How did you expect us to remember such characters? Should I remember Miss McNulty with affection, when she came charging at me in the hallway shouting "I'll kill you". Can you imagine a teacher doing that today? They would be suspended, and disciplined. What about Mr. Schlakman, the Chairman of the English Department, who for no reason (other than being a pervert), grabbed my right arm, and forcefully yanked me in the school hallway, while I was changing classes. Should I also remember that weirdo with fondness?
