Barbara I too live upstate, about 5 mile from the famed Saratoga Racetrack. This time of year, traffic is unbelievable with cars from all over the country.Turning oared without stopping, going there red lightr is almost normal driving. Right turn on red was started some yeaRS back because of the fuel shortage.Maybe it's time to do away with this law. It won't happen because e have become so dependent on it. Same with passing stopped school buses. That is a daily problem. Our school district has installed cameras on all its busses to help prevent this.
