Interesting bit of info while watching the World Series. The L.A. pitcher Kershaw struck out 11 batters and did not issue a walk. The last time this was accomplished in a World Series game was in 1949 by a real DODGER...Don Newcombe. If memory serves Big Newk is still with us.
