I could almost copy what Dave F wrote - also born in 1948 and maybe embellish it a bit more. Took me about a year to realize that the Los Angeles Dodgers weren't in Brooklyn so I think I rooted for them for awhile in 1958 along with the Yankees until I understood they weren't coming back. I remember rooting for the Yankees in the 1957 and 1958 World Series and the White Sox in the 1959 World Series against the Dodgers who I hated by then and still hate to this date. I figure if the LA Dodgers is the only thing or person I hate - I won't bring up politicians names but I don't even hate any politicians as much as I hate O'Malley or the Dodgers that's not too bad. ROT IN HELL O'MALLEY!
