Don't you mean Fox's U-Bet syrup. When I was a kid I worked at ARKY's
Luncheonette on Hegeman Ave. across from the Beth-El (now Brookdale) Hospital.
To make an egg cream. Start with an inch of milk,add seltzer off a spoon 3/4 up the glass, 2 squirts of syrup, with spoon rapidly stir to bring up frothy head. Enjoy!!
