Tony, I noticed your post about Miss Bildersee. After more than 60 years, I still have unpleasant memories of her dictatorial ways, and her tenure at 217. I was not sorry to see her finally retire, in 1955. She had the nerve to come back to our graduation in 1957 (to this day, I don't know who invited her), and state "I've missed all of you". On the other hand, I never had any problems with Miss Neenan. She never bothered anybody, and was very quiet. Max Proshan, was always harassed by the students, and he didn't deserve that kind of treatment.
