Didn't Zacherly show movies? I also remember running home after school to watch Joe Franklin's shows because very often he would have oldies movies. Even as a young kid I loved the old movies, old music, and almost anything that had to do with nostalgia which probably accounts for the fact that I'm the only one of my group who not only enjoys but has a good collection of Russ Columbo recordings.
