Yes, I remember them well in 167, but I must say I've not thought about them until now--reading your message You describe the inkwell perfectly, just as it looked. Upper right-hand corner of worn desk, to which wooden chair was firmly attached. I can't remember if I ever saw any inkwell with ink, but I remember the wells were quite stained so they must have held ink at one time. A further memory is playing musical chairs in 167 kindergarten and yes, milk and graham crackers followed by head on the desk for a short rest.
