before tv. we enjoyed radio,my favorites were the lone ranger & the shadow. On sundays we would go visiting some of our many relatives(mom was one of 17 }we always tried to get home in time to listen to "inner sanctum" that was REAL scary Mom & I would listen to it in her bed with the lights out.We did`nt have tv. but a bunch of us kids would stand outside Malloys bar on the corner to watch Uncle Miltie.Bozo O`brien got a tv. & we would watch "night owl theater" with his dad. Those were great days.
