As you probably know, The Brooklyn Board is brought to you and supported primarily by out-of-pocket funds. Costs for this endeavor have skyrocketed over the past year due to its enormous popularity. Advertisements help offset only a small part of the cost of maintaining it, and we're currently stuck between the desire to keep this wonderful site alive and the high cost of doing so.

One way that you can help support this site, and get your message "memorialized" and visible to everyone, is to make a donation towards one of our walls of fame. These web pages are permanent to the extent that they will remain online and unchanged for as long as The Brooklyn Board remains online. You can take this opportunity to memorialize your school, your neighborhood, a loved one, or just shout out your commentary on Brooklyn, yourself, or anything.

Here are the details for adding your inscription:

• You may donate any amount you feel is appropriate, but a $10 mininum is requested.

• Donations are made via PayPal, which accepts most major credit cards.

• Donations are non-refundable.

• Your inscription may state whatever you wish, but no profanity, advertising, or "anti-social" comments are allowed. Here are some acceptable examples:
